Winter weather slows New Haven area 1Q home sales
The number of existing single-family homes sold in Greater New Haven during the first quarter of this year fell about 18 percent, compared with a year earlier, while prices fell 2 percent, according to data compiled by H. Pearce Real Estate.
Home sales fall, but prices inch up
The number of single-family homes sold in Connecticut continued to fall in September, compared with a year ago, but the median price managed to rise slightly, according to data released Thursday by The Warren Group.
