You are invited to learn more about becoming a Team Captain while networking with local business professionals!

The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is a fun, community walk that raises money for our Best Buddies programs and awareness about Best Buddies’ mission of friendship.

The Friendship Walk will take place at North Haven Middle School in North Haven on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Participants will enjoy fun activities and entertainment after the walk! 

Team Captains are the leaders who can help us be successful through the organization of teams, and by serving as the link between Best Buddies and potential walkers.  When you become a Team Captain, you will create power in numbers by motivating friends, family, coworkers, and others to join you in the Friendship Walk. You will make a difference in the life of a person with intellectual disabilities and being a team leader is easy and fun!

While learning about the Friendship Walk you can also network and mingle with local business professional. Enjoy a free drink and food buffet while networking with other business professionals and Best Buddies supporters. There will be a Friendship Walk presentation and Kickoff at 6:30pm.
