As a young professional in New Haven, I often attend social and networking events to make connections around town for business opportunities. I had met Kieran, Merrick, and Jeremy at a business after-hours networking event on a Wednesday and, with their help, was moved into my new apartment by the following Monday. My experience with Rosner Doherty Realty LLC, began the day after that networking event when all three of the guys sent me an e-mail simply stating, "it was nice to meet you and if you need anything let us know"; ironically, I did. It turned out I was in need of a new apartment within the next two weeks as my lease was up, so I sent them an e-mail back inquiring about rentals. I gave them three criteria: In walking distance of downtown, loft/studio-floor plan, and in my price-range. At the time, I figured I would probably have to sacrifice at least one of these wants, but, to my surprise, I didn’t. That very day, Thursday, I was scheduled to see a rental property in East Rock, New Haven. Not only was the property exactly what I wanted, but the guys worked with my new landlord so I could move in earlier than she had originally anticipated having a tenant. These guys made my realty-experience a breeze. I ended up in an amazing apartment with an amazing landlord. I will continue to use Rosner Doherty Realty for all my future realty needs.
