Jeremy Rosner - Managing Agent

Jeremy was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He graduated from Hopkins School, class of 1994, before earning a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration from Muhlenberg College in 1998.

Jeremy began his Real Estate career with New York Commercial Realty Services LLC, in NY, NY. As an agent for NYCRS, Jeremy specialized in commercial leasing of both office and retail space. There he grew through the ranks from real estate agent, to manager, to Senior VP and Operations Director.

After 4 years in NYC, successfully selling and leasing both commercial and residential properties and managing a sales team of over 30 agents, Jeremy brings his experience and love of Real Estate back home to give back to New Haven. Jeremy currently serves on the Board of the Greater New Haven Jewish Foundation, as well as the Board of PULSE and is an active member of the Walter Camp Football Foundation and the Hopkins School Alumni Association.

Jeffrey Rosner - Broker

Jeffrey was born and raised in New Haven, CT. Jeffrey has been engrained in the New Haven Real Estate community for over 35 years as the former owner of Ross Realty Co. He grew the company into one of the foremost authorities for New Haven Residential Real Estate, with a concentration in the rental space.

Jeffrey is also a phenomenal family man and sports fanatic. He has run the New York City Marathon 4 times and the Marine Corp Marathon twice. Jeffrey is an active member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors. He was also a member of the Hamden Probus club where he was Chairman and Co-Chairman of the Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament Pro-am Event.

As the Broker of Rosner Doherty Realty LLC, Jeffrey has injected the firm with his business savvy and an in depth knowledge of the New Haven landscape.

Jack Gregory Bio Pic

Jack Gregory - Sales Agent/Residential Leasing Specialist

Jack was born & raised in Bridgeport, CT. Upon graduation from high school, he entered the US Navy, serving 4 years, being honorably discharged in 1982. Jack began his real estate career in 1987, taking a position with an investor who purchased foreclosure properties, statewide. He was involved in all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, sales, management and renovations. Upon leaving the investment firm, he took a four year position as ‘Resident Manager’ for a 250 unit apartment complex. Handling all leasing functions, collections, evictions, & tenant relations.

In 1995 Jack started a partnership that purchased, renovated, and sold foreclosure properties, throughout Connecticut. He also managed an in house portfolio of properties & performed management duties for several privately held financial organizations, dealing primarily with distressed properties & non performing assets.

Since 2005, Jack has been offering full service in sales, leasing and property management, with a special emphasis on residential leasing. He offers a keen insight to both his private landlord clients and corporate accounts, due to the volume of work he has performed as an employee, principal & agent; serving all of New Haven, Fairfield, Litchfield, Hartford & Middlesex counties.

Jack looks towards the future to increasing his client base, by continuing to offer superior customer service and excellent results.

Matthew Short - Sales Agent

Matthew Short was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He graduated from Cheshire Academy in 1997 and from George Washington University with a degree in International Relations and Economics in 2002.

After graduation Matt returned to New Haven where he was a real estate agent for Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors and as leasing and administrative manager for the Chelsea Company, a company that owns and manages over 200 apartments on the West side of Downtown New Haven. Matt served as leasing and administrative manager for 6 years during which time he became a candidate for the CCIM commercial real estate designation, served as an acquisitions officer for another local real estate investment firm and also participated in and chaired various civic organizations including acting as Chair of the New Haven Board of Assessment Appeals during 2006 and 2007.

Today Matt is the General Manager of The Chelsea Company and is a licensed real estate agent with Rosner Doherty Realty specializing in multifamily investment properties.
