Jeffrey Rosner - Broker

Jeffrey was born and raised in New Haven, CT. Jeffrey has been engrained in the New Haven Real Estate community for over 35 years as the former owner of Ross Realty Co. He grew the company into one of the foremost authorities for New Haven Residential Real Estate, with a concentration in the rental space.

Jeffrey is also a phenomenal family man and sports fanatic. He has run the New York City Marathon 4 times and the Marine Corp Marathon twice. Jeffrey is an active member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors. He was also a member of the Hamden Probus club where he was Chairman and Co-Chairman of the Pilot Pen Tennis Tournament Pro-am Event.

As the Broker of Rosner Doherty Realty LLC, Jeffrey has injected the firm with his business savvy and an in depth knowledge of the New Haven landscape.

Jeremy Rosner - Managing Agent

Jeremy was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He graduated from Hopkins School, class of 1994, before earning a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration from Muhlenberg College in 1998.

Upon graduating, Jeremy was hired as a pharmaceutical specialist in CT before moving on to become a Central Nervous System sales specialist in NY/NJ. After 5 years in the  industry, he left to begin his Real Estate career with NY Commercial Realty Services LLC.   There he grew through the ranks from agent, to manager, to Senior VP and Operations Director.  As a member of NYCRS, Jeremy combined his vast sales background with his ability to build client relationships, enabling him to effectively take the sale and leasing process from inception to close.

After 4 years in NYC, successfully selling and leasing both commercial and residential properties and managing a sales team of over 30 agents, Jeremy brings his experience and love of Real Estate back home to give back to New Haven.

Kieran Doherty - Managing Agent

Kieran was born and raised in Madison, CT. He attended Hopkins School, class of 1997. Kieran attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania for three years. He earned his degree in Finance from Quinnipiac University.

Upon graduation, Kieran became a sales and trading assistant at First Albany Capital in NYC, working in the Fixed Income division. Next, he worked in Fixed Income Sales for Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia, specializing in the sales and trading of Municipal Bonds. Kieran spent the past two years in Fixed Income Sales and Trading for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for positions in a wide array of Fixed Income products. 

After six years away from home, Kieran has returned to the New Haven area to give back to the communities that have given him so much. He is excited to bring his experience and expertise in customer service and investments to New Haven.

Merrick Rosner - Managing Agent

Merrick was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He attended the New Haven Public School System through middle school before attending Hopkins School, class of 1997. Merrick then graduated early from Lehigh University with a double major in Finance and Marketing and a minor in African-American studies.

Out of college, Merrick was a Private Equity Research Analyst for Thomson Financial before becoming a Senior Event Manager at Gabel Entertainment in NYC. Next, Merrick worked for Office Depot's Business Solutions Division for 5 years, first as a sales rep, and then as a Senior District Sales Manager managing 12 sales resources in a $26 million territory in the Manhattan footprint.

Merrick currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Stamford YMCA. He also sits on the Alumni Board for Hopkins School. Merrick also serves on the Steering Committee of the Sports Council of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.
